How to request a repeat prescription
For medicines you already take. Ask in good time so you don't run out.
Through the patient app
Any time of day. Pick the medicine from your list and see when it's ready.
Through the prescription line
Leave your name, date of birth, the medicine and your pharmacy. The line is open 24 hours a day.
Collect at your pharmacy
Ask before 11:00 and it's ready at your own pharmacy two working days later.
Yearly medicine check
Taking a medicine for more than a year? Once a year we check together that it's still right.
A new medicine or a different dose can't go through the prescription line. Book an appointment so the GP can look at it with you.
- Care from the GP, the assistant and the practice nurse is covered by basic health insurance, with no deductible (eigen risico).
- The out-of-hours GP service doesn't count towards your deductible either.
- Medicines, lab blood tests and X-rays do count towards your deductible, as does a referral to hospital.
