How to make an appointment

Call the assistant or ask through the app. They check what you need and book you in with the right person.

  • Appointment

    Ten minutes for one complaint or question. More to discuss? Mention it when you book.

  • Long appointment

    Twenty minutes, for example to talk about several complaints or for a minor procedure.

  • Phone appointment

    The GP calls you back at an agreed time. Useful for test results and short questions.

  • E-consult in the app

    Ask a question that isn't urgent. The GP replies within two working days.

  • Home visit

    Really can't get to the practice? Call before 10:00 and the GP visits the same day.

  • Practice nurse

    Regular check-ups for diabetes, asthma, COPD and high blood pressure, and help to quit smoking.

    Sees patients on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Special interest in care for older people.

    Sees patients on Wednesday and Friday. Also does minor procedures, such as removing a skin spot.

    Answers the phone, books appointments and does checks herself, such as blood pressure and smear tests.

    Supports patients with diabetes, asthma, COPD or high blood pressure, and helps people quit smoking.

New patients

Registering as a new patient

  1. Fill in the form

    Online or at the front desk. Live in Lindewaarde or the villages nearby? Then you can register with us.

  2. Transfer your record

    With your permission, we request your medical record from your previous GP.

  3. Get to know us

    Taking medicines or living with a chronic condition? Then we plan a short introductory talk.

  4. Activate the app

    You get an invitation to the patient app, for appointments, e-consults and repeat prescriptions.
